Salt Lake City Campus Health Fair

Come to the Stevens-Henager Salt Lake City/Murray campus auditorium on February 12 from 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. for a free, open-to-the-public Health Fair.

See informative demonstrations, take advantage of community health resources in the Salt Lake City area, and participate in free or discounted screenings such as blood pressure or lung capacity tests from Stevens-Henager students, flu shots from Costco, and vision screenings from Friends for Sight. Community partners such as National Guard, The Red Cross, Berlin Chiropractic, and Health Choice Utah will also be participating.

Katrina Ahmann, outreach coordinator for Stevens-Henager College, said the fair is a chance for medical students to gain experience and enrich the local community. “Students will do things like take blood pressure and measure lung capacity,” she said. “The health fair is a great chance for our students to use their skills, work with the public and get excited about their upcoming career.”
