Submit Your Transcripts

Unsure how to obtain your college, military, or high school transcripts? No problem. We’ll take care of it for you. We’ll even pay for any fees associated with requesting your transcripts. Once we receive your transcripts, we’ll go over them thoroughly to make sure you’re able to transfer all your qualifying credits toward your program at our college.
Here’s what you need to get started:
 

  1. 1. High School diploma or equivalent
  2. 2. Military Transcripts: Get an official evaluation of your military training for college credit.
  3. 3. Civilian Transcripts: For acceptance to the college, a sealed, unopened copy of all official transcripts must be submitted.

Next, you’ll be introduced to a knowledgeable military financial planner, whose goal is to simplify the financial aid process for you. Your financial planner will create an affordable financial plan for the program you choose, explaining all of the details you need to know. Your financial planner will help you every step of the way, keeping track of your important forms and applications.

Stevens-Henager does not charge to transfer credits. We can help you request your transcripts, if applicable, from previous colleges or military institutions.

What are Military Advisors?
Stevens-Henager’s Military Admissions Consultants are specially trained and uniquely qualified to understand your needs as a military student. Our team includes advisors with a thorough understanding of military, spouse and dependent military financial aid.

What if I’m deployed?
IU coursework can deploy with you, in most cases. However, if you do have special circumstances, accommodations can be made. Contact Student Services to make your request.

What if I serve in the Reserves or the Guard?

What if I need extra academic help while in college?
Any student at any time can request tutoring through the Student Services office, the Dean’s office, or the department head’s office. Tutoring will be provided at no cost to the student by an advanced student, teaching assistant, instructor, or staff member.

What are Military Advisors?
Advising is an important service at the college. Each campus has administrators who guide students through problems that may arise while enrolled at the college. The administrator may enlist the expertise of community resource groups, associate deans of programs, the Dean, faculty members, the Director of Financial Aid, or the Director of Career Services in resolving student problems, whether personal or scholastic in nature.

Will I receive career services assistance?
Students and graduates of the College are encouraged to utilize the assistance of the Career Services department throughout their academic and professional careers; there is no charge for the utilization of these services. The College does not guarantee employment but can provide networking techniques, contacts, potential interviews, and guidance during the job seeking process.
