Objectives

Our Medical Specialties program prepares you for an exciting career in the medical field. This growing industry is in need of skilled and dedicated workers to help care for a growing and aging population. Our program offers you a solid foundation in a variety of skills that will open up new possibilities in a variety of positions while making you more marketable to medical organizations.

 

In addition to learning from the experience of our instructors, you will gain real-world experience of your own. Your training will include an externship in a medical facility to give you hands-on experience. Our staff handles all the arrangements, and you will gain the training and confidence you need to leap right into your new career.

When you graduate, you will be ready to sit for key certification examinations like Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA), Certified Electrocardiography Technician (CET), Insurance and Coding Specialist (CBCS), Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPHT), and Certified Electronic Health Record Specialist (CEHRS).
